Human Resources provide management of benefits and payroll for UPA and DCMC.


Human Resources responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Recruitment and retention of employees
  • Develop sources for temporary help
  • Administration of all Benefits: Hospitalization, Dental, Life Insurance, Short & Long term disability, Retirement plan, Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, 403B Plan, Worker’s Compensation and State disability and Unemployment insurance, COBRA and FLMA. Negotiate, reconcile and pay all benefits relating to the above
  • Process, manage and maintain all payroll functions
