UPA’s Compliance team monitors and ensures that its participants, officers, employees, independent contractors and agents abide with all federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to clinical practice.



UPA Compliance department’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Appropriate education and training
  • Audit and internal monitoring procedures
  • Enforcement and prevention of fraud and abuse
  • Review OIG exclusion list of employees and vendors
